It seems weird that a sickness would have been damaging enough that it continued taking a toll on the host after it was gone, that Prompto is telling him this, that he was taken off the Daiquiri team roster because of it... Well, if he thinks on it to much, all the things he's unnerved by are really pretty mundane. He was just the one unable to wrap his head around it.
